She had already married someone else…can I get out from not paying maintenance or any money

I want to know if by any mode i can get out from not paying maintenance or any money to my wife. She had already married someone else but she is not disclosing this to the court. I have photos which show that they are living together. But marriage photos are not available. Please help

Under Hindu law, your wife is entitled to maintenance if she does not get married again or she becomes capable to maintain herself. In your situation, it seems that your wife may not be married but maybe living in a live-in-relation. This is a legal point that must be presented to court showing that they are known as husband and wife. U may speak to the neighbors who may help u by deposing in your favor saying that they both are married. I am assuming that you are your wife are divorced and have no children from the wedlock.
You cannot wriggle out of the situation until and unless u can show to court that she is capable to maintain herself. If she is working then show that to court. U can get a private detective hired who can get u proof if she is really married.
