Airlines is not providing me justified refund
Question
I booked ticket from go air on 29th sep from phuket to Bangalore dated 20th Jan… When I booked flight ,departure timing was 11:15 AM.Flight got rescheduled to 8:45 AM. I did not receive any message or call for rescheduling information.I near missed my flight today. Luckily I checked flight time on their site at 7 AM and got to know flight departure is at 8:45 AM. I had to spent additional 5000 Rs to get to airport in extreme hurry and had to go through lot of stress for 3 hours. Airlines is denying to provide any refund.Please suggest what should I do

If your flight gets delayed and u have received no message then in that case the inconvenience caused to you is liable to be compensated. you will have to send a legal notice if the airline authorities are denying to give refund. after sending a legal notice, a consumer complaint due to the deficiency of service needs to be filed before the concerned consumer fora.
