I want to clarify salary attachment rule under Section 60 of CPC. If my monthly salary is 44000/ what amount I will get per month.

    For getting proper assistance, kindly elaborate as to the order wherein attachment of salary has been passed. If it is in the execution of maintenance order then one third of the salary will be attached. If it is not maintenance order then 1000+ 2/3rd of 43000 will be attached.
