Child Care Leave

Question

I have been employed at an organization where there is a provision of Child Care. Leave for sick children. To my surprise, the company refused to grant me the said leave What are my legal options?

    For answer to your enquiry you have to disclose the particular of your company where you are working. Is it a private company or is it govt. Company.
