Forced Resignation from the Organization
Question
I am a school teacher and received a letter of termination of the services with immediate effect accusing me of receiving bribe from parents to pass their respective wards without any proof. I have refused to accept the accusations and sign the letter and want to take legal action against the school management . Please guide me.

For providing you a better advice on your query, you will have to share the school bye-laws applicable on the teachers. if you were a permanent Teacher then without their being any kind of inquiry into the allegations made against you, a direct notice of termination cannot be sent to you.
