I want to file a divorce on behalf of my daughter residing in Canada. Her husband is an Indian Citizen and has never visited Canada. He doesn’t have a passport and lately, his passport application was refused due to false information. Subsequently, he deserted her and even refused to meet when she was leaving for Canada. In spite of all our efforts, he has refused to communicate. What is the legal remedy available in such situation?
