Employer not paying wages & exploitation

Question

I am a coaching faculty in a pvt ltd company registered in kota Rajasthan , coaching bussiness is highly unorganised taking advantage of this my employer countinously exploits the employee , wage deduction ,not paying epf of his share,delayed wages etc.

Recently not paying salary last 3 months inspite of collecting full payment from students till 2019 to 2020 financial year. Need a legal advice & file a complain

    If Your employer is not paying you salary for the time period you have taught the children, then in that case, a legal notice is required to be issued to your employer for paying the money due to you with interest. If he does not pay after receiving the legal notice, a suit can be filed claiming the salary that he has not paid to you along with interest.
