Entitlement to the Assets by the Daughter In Law

Question

Hello, I am a female aged 35 belonging to the Christian religion. I shall be getting married shortly in a Hindu Family which has the HUF system. Will the marriage affect mine or my would-be husband’s status in a HUF? Please guide.

    The facts are not clear but if you are getting married into a hindu family please clarify if you are converting into Hindu or ur marriage is being performed under special marriage act?
