    Your mother can claim protection against the domestic abuse by your sister under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. A complaint against her can be made before the police station as well and for the father, a complaint can be filed giving instances of domestic abuse by the daughter citing the reasons for the same.
    If your parents are senior citizen then a complaint in the senior citizen cell could also help ur cause.
