Procedure for change of name for NRIs

Question

Hi,
I’m a non-residential Indian student, who has completed her further studies in India. My family is settled in Dubai, and I’ll be going back soon.
I would like to know the procedure for change of name for NRIs.

    As already advised, since you are an NRI, it is advisable to get your name changed in your home country i.e. dubai. Once done, it can be easily updated in the OIC card as well.
