I am being harassed by my husband and my mother-in-law. I got married 12 years back and have a girl child of 10 years old. My husband is wanting to get divorce from me without securing my life. He and my mother in law have conspired to throw me out of the matrimonial home. this home was booked on me and my husband name but later when dispute started between me and my husband, my husband got the registration of the house done on his and mother in law name but later it was put entirely in the name of my mother-in-law whereafter my MIL filed a complaint before the police stating that I am threatening to commit suicide so I should be thrown out of the house. The police called and they understood that it is mainly a husband and wife dispute however now my husband has asked me to pack all my bags and shift to a rented accommodation saying that my MIL will live here. in short they are trying to evict me from this house. I dont want to go and nor I want to give divorce, what should I do?
