Am looking to buy a property in my native. As the srutiny begins i jus found about the O.S Case of the land . Need clarity regarding the case and land

My Self Ravikumar From Hassan . i was looking to buy a property in my native village D.Sathenahalli , Chennarayapatna Taluk , Kasaba Hobli , Hassan District.
As i spoke with a land owner about the price and finalised the rate for the land and asked for the document of land records.
As a part of scrutiny myslef check the land details via paani , mutation and able to identify the O.S case in the land .
As a preliminary observation i found the O.S case , pls help me bout this.

It is advisable not to buy the property without due diligence. If there is a suit filed pertaining to the property, firstly check all the orders passed by the Court in the respective suit. If there is any kind of Stay given by the Court before whom the suit is pending, then buying the property now, is going to be bad for you. Speak to the seller regarding this fact and non-disclosure of the pending suit. It is only after getting the explanation from the seller that you can decide if the said property be bought or not.
