Caste certificate

  1. Sir/madam, my parents belong to different caste (BC,MBC). My sister and I have got two caste certificates in both caste of my parents. We are using different certificate to apply goverment jobs. Is this a legal issue?

    First of all, you cannot have two caste certificates but even if you are having two caste certificates, at one point of time you have to use only one caste certificate and adopt that for the rest of your life. Eg. If you have applied for govt job from X caste certificate, you cannot in future use Y caste certificate to get another benefit. That would be illegal and questions will be raised for using two different caste certificates at two different times. So choose wisely.
