Agreement of sale 1985 to be completed before 1988

Unregistered,rs 5 stamp paper agreement of sale done in 1985.to be completed before 1/4/1988.
Amount decided 16000,fully paid at AOS and possesion was handed over. Talathi showed 60 gunthas under our cropping by AOS in 1986. It was said that my father has full permission to complete sale deed in case the seller changed his mind. Land is in our possesion since the last 35 years. Now one of his nephew wants to apply for measurement of this land knowing fully well that his uncle has sold it to us. The man and his son is dead but he has three daughters. Yet the nephew wants to challenge us. What should i do?

It was full payment agreement of sale and possession was handed over to your father by virtue of this AOS. Since you are in possession the nephew of deceased cannot take possession of land from you forcibly . He have to file suit for possession against you in which you can show this documents to court and claim to be owner of this property by virtue of AOS . Secondly you can file a suit for permanent injunction against that persons by alleging that he is interfering in peaceful possession of ur property.
