My husband works abroad and left me in india. We had personal fight in which I said you are mentally torturing me and all because of your family. I told are you expecting me to do suicide while I was on video call with him. He didn’t talk to me from past 4 months and we have a 1yr old daughter. Daily I will call him and make my daughter talk with him. As of sudden he came india and brought his parents showing my personal chats and said he can’t live with me anymore because I spoke wrong about his family. But I spoke in anger since my daughter was injured by his mom which is just a accidental incident. It’s a love marriage for us . 11 yrs of love and 4+yrs wedding life. Even I tried to talk with him and he’s denying to live with me. Saying he feels insecure to live. I really don’t know what to do and I wish to live with him. Suddenly I received call for his relative saying he’s registering his property in some other family member name. I don’t know what’s his intention. During love or after wedding I haven’t taken any money from him. Totally till this min he has given me only 40thousand till date. He earns 7L plus per month in abroad. I m employed but left my onsite, career for living with him and from few months on leave to take care of my baby. May I know what should I do. He’s trying to recored my calls if I call him and asking questions to me about silly issues like taking statement. His parents saying leave him for few months which I already gave him a few months time. All are saying what he says is not reason for non living and he’s hiding something. I m confused. Will he go for divorce or thinking to leave all responsibility. He’s money minded person but I want to live with him and my daughter. Our marriage is spl marriage act. Can someone advise what this can be . Should I wait and give him time or what else can I do from my side. But I don’t want to give him divorce anytime.
