I and my wife both senior citizen stay alone in apartment. From last one year the upper floor occupiers is harassing us by making loud sound on their floor and their children’s are playing heavily so that we get continuous hammering sound from our ceiling and we even some times cannot sleep. We requested them to stop but they are adamant. Can you advise what is the legal remedy to get relief. Can we go to court to file complain and get restraining order. Being in Co Operative society we also complained to chairman orally and they also requested the occupier to stop. But looking to facts they are not respecting the request and their attitude is WE DO NOT CARE. Advise what to do.. Regards R Shah
