I am a divorce and have custody of my son and ex-husband is having visitation rights. I have not taken any alimony as well as not receiving maintenance for son.How can I ensure Child Custody even after remarriage?

After living separately for 5 years, I got divorce recently. Having custody of 7 year old son, with temporary custody/visitation arrangement for husband monthly and few days each during vacations. I didn’t ask for alimony also, not taking maintenance for son.
It was based on joint agreement and mutual divorce.
Will custody arrangement change if I remarry?
How can I ensure safety of Child?
Ex-Husband is a person who will become violent at times.Also, his mother is having mental torubles.

The custody will not change even if you get remarried if in the terms of settlement nothing regarding changing the custody of the child on remarriage is mentioned. Your ex-husband will have to get the order modified from the court if he has issues.
