    If the court decides that the custody of the child has to go to father, then you would have no choice however if you do not wish to live with your father, you can seek police help. You can approach the police explaining them situation, if your mother doesnt want to keep you and you dont want to live with your father, the police will take you to the child care home and get you admitted there. Meanwhile you can through the help of the court, claim maintenance from the father.
