Smoke issue due cooking in open shade daily as they are running a home made cooking service. For cooking they used charcoal and wooden due to that high smoke comes out and spreads all over our home, we have heart patients in our family as well. What legal action should I take kindly advise?

File a complaint against them to the municipality citing the inconvenience and the nuisance caused and the pollution caused by them. Simultaneously issue them a legal notice to stop using coal for cooking as it is causing more air pollution.
