Judgement order for a dismissed Civil case in Hon. H C
Question
A Civil case filed in the High Court dismissed by Single bench on 01 March 2021. Still its Judgement order is pending. Some advocates say that there is a huge lag to releave the judgement order by the concerned Judge. Is if true? Normally how much time will be taken to get a judgement order after the fin . Arguement, specially that was in contested – dismissed status

You cannot predict as to how much time the Judge who has reserved the judgment would deliver the same. It varies from Court to Court and Judge to Judge. If your order is not delivered within a month, you can speak with the Court reader/Court Master asking him to update you as to when the decision is likely to be pronounced.
