Muslim marriage act legal advice required

Question

I’m Muslim and married legally with nikah nama 3.5yr back. I have had a couple of miscarriages and my health is ruined now. I’m a CKD patient. Before all this I understood and in a group meeting we all (me my husband and his parent) sat and discussed and I kept my jewellery and invested in that house advance. Now after a lot of tantrums I told my husband that let’s get seperated in good terms and from there they have started making our lives miserable in this way. Neither letting us stay there nor letting us stay seperatly. Even they r not giving our money to see our way. Also every time my husband goes to visit them they keep filling negative about me. See I know it’s too much to take now. But as far as I feel I think my husband is good and he is being influenced by his parents. Can’t there be any way to send them a legal notice that they can’t do like this with me? And they have to let me come home and stay there.. else return our money n let us live elsewhere

You are advised to approach the Waqf Board if you are associated with one.
Otherwise a Legal Notice for restitution of conjugal rights can be sent to your husband on your behalf.
Muslim marriage is a contract and the nikahnama is to be read for any further advice.
