Hi I want to know what is the minimum wage in india . I m joining my uncle’s company in call center job ,I got previous experience in IT but not in call center. They said they will pay me 4 lakhs.

    In Private Sector, the salary is not decided by the Minimum Wages Act. It totally depends on the employer.
