Playing International Online Lottery

Sir/Madam,

I belong to state(Chhattisgarh) where sale of Lottery is banned.Is it legal to play International Online Lottery….? If it is legal What are the RBI rules for international money transaction specific to Lottery.

    Some lotteries which are registered do not come under the scanner. you need to disclose more information to get appropriate advice.
