Change of Name on CBSE

Question

I checked CBSE website Nothing available on Examine by Law about current year 2021 Amendment.
On Aadhar and passport we can change Name Two time Normally which is available after that we will have to give accepted Reason.
Will CBSE follow Same Guidelines as per SC direction?
I have changed my Name in the year 2011 on CBSE Certificate but CBSE didn’t updated Online which is frustrating.Without it I am not able to correct anything if I want with the help of Court According to SC direction

    CBSE is yet to come out with the new rules on the basis of the guidelines. Meanwhile it is suggested that you re-apply to CBSE in the light of the recent decision of Jigya Yadav v. CBSE. DO mention and tag earlier rejected applications and quote the relevant portion of the supreme court decision in your application. Need not apply through school. Apply directly.
