I joined a state govt job . Due to some family reasons I applied for leave without pay and started working.in private. I received a notice in between that such type of leave without pay is not applicable immediately after joining. I received a notice after 3 years that a person is nominated for enquiry to whom I should meet and explain. But I sent my resignation to the head of the institute who forwarded it to the govt.
After 2 yrs from my resignation I came to know that my services have been finished and I am not disqualified from any future job and all proceedings against me have been withdrawn.I have not received any official order.
Meanwhile I had applied from a central govt job and got selected in it.
My question is what should I write in attestation form.
Should I mention all this ?
I had discussed with few lawers and all have different opinions . 50 percent say not to mention as u have not claimed that period in my eligibility and 50 percent say that mention and write that resigned in this year with no official communication till now.
I dint want to lose this job and play legally safe. Also
Plz advise.
