Property related issue

Question

Do a adoptive daughter does not have any rights on her ancestors property?….Adoptive daughter lives with her bdde papa(uncle) ….As daughter lost their both parents when she was 2years nd she is only one ….Now at age 23 if she is claimimg property rights other familg members are denying……Is it legal?

    The adoption is done through proper adoption deed?
    The daughter will have right in the ancestral property of the uncle if the adoption was done by the uncle. otherwise the daughter has right in the ancestral property by way of birth and the same cannot be denied. to claim the right, partition suit can be filed.
