sir im physically handicapped scientist married to a girl with her consent last year nov2020.after 1 month of marriage i caugh her chatting with her boyfriend continuing affair even after marraige.She left home and no communication since 7months.Through mediators they are complaining that i dont have legs .im very depressed can i file complaint for abusing physically disabled under disability protection act?already i filed for annulment

    Your situation is governed through the personal laws. If with full information the girl had married you and later is claiming that you are handicapped, even then the fact of her affair is not justified. For that you can move a complaint against the parents for discrimination and cruelty before the Magistrate under The Rights of Persons Disabilities Act, 2016
