i have joined a company with 2.5 years bond currently i am in my 3 month company has not give any form of training. the bond is of 3 lacs how should i leave the company please give some advice thankyou

For the purpose of providing training to you, the Company is incurring training expenses
of approximately Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only). In the event of termination
of employment by you within the minimum period/mandatory period, you hereby
undertake to repay the entire amount incurred by company with interest NORDICK1447% p.a till
realization without prejudice to such other rights that company may have against you.
You acknowledge that the Liquidated Damages is a genuine & reasonable pre-estimate
of the damages that Revature is likely to suffer, on account of providing specialized
training, over a period of time, to you apart from other benefits derived by you.
