Bringing Police complaint to family court
Question
My wife left my home on 04.07.21 and I issued a Legal Notice to my wife for restitution of conjugal Rights on 14.08.2021 and she responded with false averments and suggested to dissolve marriage on 24.08.2021. I replied to her notice and asked to resolve issues through mediations on 04.09.2021. But she filed a false Police complaint on 01.10.2021. I filed Divorce petition in family court on 02.10.2021. 1st Police counselling is done 06.10.2021 and it was inconclusive, she said she fears to join back however couldn’t tell what the fear means. Police informed that they would conduct another counselling. We are not shown what is there in police complaint and i attended counselling only by way of phone call intimation. Now i wanted to get the complaint to court , is there any possibility of getting that to court and what is best in this situation, please guide.

If you want the complaint to get to the Court, you can allow the counselling to fail wherein the police will convert the complaint into an FIR and you will have to secure urself anticipatory bail for avoid arrest. Or if you get arrested then after the police submits the challan, you can file for regular bail.
