Delay in Birth Certificate Correction

Question

We have filed a case to correct the birthdate in the birth certificate in September 2021 in Gujarat Highcourt. I want to study abroad for that I require a Corrected birth certificate for my VISA process. But Court is giving the Next Date on every hearing. Can I request the honorable judge to take it Urgently? It is very important for my career.

    Yes, it seems your case is being adjourned due to the corona virus pandemic. if that be so, file an application for early hearing mentioning the urgency in the case. If the pleadings are completed by both the parties, court may allow the application seeing the urgency and fix the main matter for hearing.
