My Wife left my home 6months(married me in Dec 2020) back and did not return. My Wife filed a false Police Complaint against me 3months back and the police had called me over phone asking me to come to Police Station. I had been to Police station and a counselling session was conducted amid both of our family members. In the end my wife informed that she fears joining me and the counselling session ended. The complaint filed against me contains false and frivolous allegations. The complaint copy is not served to me and i have been just orally called over phone for no fault of mine to the Police station which i never went in my life. Even today i dont know what is in the complaint, and its been more than 3 months now and No case has been filed. What action can i take for all this humiliation caused to me and my family members. How can i get the complaint copy from the Police, they refused to give the same under RTI.
