Has your husband filed any divorce case yet against you? If he is intending to live with his parents, he may reside and if you are not welcome, inform your husband regarding what his sister and mother has been asking. If even after that he wants you to live in the in-laws house, you may file a case of judicial separation between you and your husband. Along with that an application for maintenance u/s 125 crpc can be filed if you dont intend to divorce your husband. If the husband files a divorce case, he will have to prove the grounds whichever he claims to get divorce from you as per Hindu Marriage Act unless you agree for mutual consent divorce.
