    A suit for partition can be filed seeking share from the co-joined house.
    A father has full right to get his share by filling a suit in the Court.
    if the son and daughter in law are harassing the father, the father has all the right to make a complaint against them before the police as well as senior citizen tribunal. Though eviction may not be possible but the father can get protection orders against his own son and daughter in law.
