Resigning job but hr says termination . kindly give me a solution to get approval mail and relieving letter

I am resigning the job last month .some emi cases renewal payment issue going on .my manager also dominated and I’ll treat me .so I am not feel well and manger torcher and emi cases bounces you only the reason said blame me wantedly .put mail hr and issue going big .I am proven mistake is not me and asking for relieving my job and said ok from HR side do immediate releiving .But after one month now I am joining some other organisation.He asking Resignation approval mail .I am called HR he says I am terminate you are not get any mail from our side and he did not said or any mail getting my termination regarding but today he said I am not approved or giving any releiving letter.What is the solution for me and how to get approval mail and Resignation letter from the HR please help me the valuable suggestions and help me in this regards.

You need to share entire documents to get better advice in your case, starting from the employment agreement and all the emi related details. The informaton you have shared is scant and for proper advice, we highly recommend you to speak with a lawyer over the phone.
Having said that, what little information has been shared, it seems that the company is terminating you for misconduct. in such cases you will get termination letter only and not reliving letter. Further, you can ask for the experience letter from the company.
