void marriage for illicit affair
Question
I filed null and void petition against my wife for concealing illicit relationship with her former colleague before marriage and after marriage and exploiting physically disabled. She married me only for financial gains and she was not able to consummate marriage as im physically disabled.I have attached her instagram chats as proof before marriage where in one of chats she has written i love you to her colleague before our marriage and also in that chats there were some video chats .after marriage she was continuing same also used to delete chats immediately. I have attached money transactions statements where she asked me to transfer money to his lover after marriage. In written statement my wife stated that he was very good friend of her. she also agreed that after marriage she met him only once and also with the permission of her husband she did shopping with him and afterwards she was never in touch with him and my husband wantedly linking with him. she blamed me that we have concealed my physical disability which she came to know on first day of marriage fixed for consummation. And also she left the house because everytime i suspects her and she pleaded court to dismiss petition and asked for divorce. Every time she used to delete chats immediately but luckily I have one whatsapp chat to show that she was in touch with him even after that. And also i called number of times to my wife to comeback but she was not interested in me and her mother blackmailed me that until unless i give my adhar card (for getting govt benefits)to her she will not send her daughter.I have call recordings of that. This shows that they have married me only for money. I wanted to know based on the above facts and proofs can I win the above case without giving nay money as i spent 10lakhs for marriage without taking dowry?

One sole whatsapp chat is not enough to prove that the chat amounted to cruelty. the conversations which you are mentioning need to be corroborated before the Court to believe your case. Further, nullity is having very limited grounds however with the narration of the story, you may be able to get a divorce decree if not nullity.
