construction of road on my private land by near by people
Question
I have agricultural land which is not in agricultural use since long time. Near by society have been developed since last five years. Near by people have put down rubbish on my private land and mark it as road. To stop them I tried to dig ditch to block the road but they have fill up the ditch using their local influence with police. Near by people have already access to other road instead of the road through my private land.
Please advice me how to stop them to build road on my private land.

You will have to file a suit for declaration and permanent injunction. issue them a legal notice that this is a private property, also build a fence around your boundary. there is no other way, if the police is collusive, you can approach magistrate directly giving a private complaint as well.
