I want to break the bond and I want to join other company
Question
I have joined a company in july 2021, while joining they promised that they will give “intensive training” (I was already trained even before joining the company, I have taken training from an institute) and made me sign a bond worth of 4 lakhs, but after joining , they did not provide proper training, they have taken few sessions and after 6 months they have assigned me to a client. From last 7 months I have been working for that client, recently I got a good opportunity from one of the top companies and I resigned to the present company and I am willing to pay the bond amount but they are not approving my resignation and telling me to serve 3 months notice period. so for an early release, I offered them bond amount + notice period buyout, but still they are not discussing anything and not letting me to join the next company. what should I do now?
I need to join the next company as soon as possible but my current company is not relieving me and not telling me the relieving date, so please suggest me what should i do next?

If in your Bond, there is an option of either serving the notice period or pay the money then you can send them a legal notice through an advocate stating that you have resigned and is ready to pay the amount which is required to be paid in lieu of the notice period. however if they do not agree, you can submit the company’s assets if you have any and inform your reporting authority of your decision. they may issue u a legal notice/demand notice for the damages being suffered and for the same, take assistance of a lawyer and revert appropriately.
