Not ready to Relieve
Question
Hi, I given the resignation letter with serving notice period and the company is not ready to accept. They are giving un necessary reasons to accept it and I know they are doing it intentionally. In this scenario I want to do is – without arguing with them, I will complete my notice period and stop coming to office. Is this correct??

Once your resignation is not accepted, serving notice period would make no difference because you will be declared absconder in that case. It is advisable to send a notice stating that you shall be serving notice period as adviced in the appointment letter whereafter your last working day would be (give specific date) and keep all communication via email so that you have a record for that. without proper handover, you will not be able to get your reliving letter and no due certificate from the company.
