The lease agreement has not been provided to the society.
can the society accept maintenance charges directly from the foundation.

Answer ( 1 )

  1. The maintenance charges are to be paid by the owner and if on behalf of the owner, the tenant is paying then society cannot deny to take the maintenance charges. if the owners sister are disputing the ownership, its a separate cause of action for which appropriate suit would have to be filed in the courts.
