FIR under section 417/447

Question

An FIR registered under section 417/447 on me. The court put fine of RS 3000 & case is closed. Will this case reflect on police record ?Will it put effect on obtaining the visa & passport

    If an FIR is registered, it will show even if the conviction is of only fine.
