Question

I have married 5 month ago.
My wife was not good with me. We are not having any sexual relationship.she wanted to live her parent house only. We are not talk much. Due to this my mom and her always fighting. Last 3months we seperated she not talk to me. I am not intrested to continue with this relationship. She and her family threatens me by false dowry case and my mother fighting videos.
Can i apply for divorce. What is the procedure to get quickly. I am very tired of this toxic relationship

    If you are intending to file a divorce then you can file the same on the ground of cruelty however if your wife has not consummated the marriage, that is also a separate ground for filling divorce. Once you file a divorce on contested grounds, it may take around 1-2 years for the case to finish and reach a conclusion depending on the evidence produced by both the parties.
