Question

Dear sir/mam, Can I travel abroad for 9 days? Charged with sec 294,114,34 as bail has been granted and next court date is after 6 months ?

    If the Court has not asked you to submit your passport and you already have visa for travelling abroad, then there is no problem. However if your passport is deposited in the Court as a part of conditions of bail then you will have to seek release of your passport and permission to travel abroad along with the travel itenary from the concerned Court which granted you bail.
