i have a registered property on my name and the mutation is also done
i have been paying my property tax regulary by my debit card ,
even last year i paid it through my debit card
but recently when i went to make the payment for the GHMC Property tax online for this year 2023- 2024
i noticed that it has already been paid online
someone made payment to property tax without my knowledge,
and i have not authorized any of the family members to pay the property tax
wat steps can i take against them leagally as all i have is the transaction id details ,
I suspect my sister in law is trying to make the payments without my knowledge, and she is trying to grab the property
but just with the transaction id details , wat legal action can i take
and how to find the transaction id details as to who made the payment
