    You need to only defend the case filed by your husband for setting aside the exparte decree of divorce. If he is able to prove that he was never served, then he may succeed however you will have to check from the records if the service on his has taken place and even after that he never made an appearance in the court. in such case when his non appearance is proved to be deliberate, chances of setting aside the exparte order which has otherwise attained finality is lesser.
