It is advisable to send a legal notice to the company asking them to disburse the accumulated amount of PF which was deducted from your salary. Attach Salary Slips as proof as the amount once deducted would have to be deposited. If the employer doesnt give the PF, raise a complaint against the company before the EPFO. Meanwhile you can also file a complaint against the company for cheating you by deducting the money to be deposited in PF but have not deposited if that is the case found out.
