We have been married for 6yrs and have 2 kids living with wife. Recently she has filed a complaint on me and my parents on ground on assault and domestic violence. She has arthritis and pcod bisease before marriage which they have hidden. Because of her health issues she does not help with household work. Keeps abusing kids eg: do you think I am sofa to jump on me. I feel her parents are spoiling her. I want children custody. What should I do. How to handle the false case filed by her. Thanks.
