My husband files divorce case in 2021 and 6 month old child custody since I was not ready to give a divorce he asked for mutual divorce, when I didn’t agreed for mutual also he withdrawn the case so immediately in 2022 and filed RCR and child custody. Now the child ge is 2.5 year old boy baby and I files the maintenance casse and the interm maintenance for the baby is ordered. Now the maintenance case is in cross examination witness stage.Here can I withdraw the maintenance case now also?? will it affect on the RCR and G and W case?? I feel I am wasting my abilities in finding job just by wasting time in these maintenance litigation…though it may be a win for my husband
