CHANGING 4 MONTHS LONNG HEARING DATE TO 1 MONTH SPAN HEARING DATE AS IN LAST HEARING DOCUMENTS ARE NOT ALLOW TO SUBMIT

I HAVE FILED CHEATING CASE OF RS. 6 LAKHS IN BORIVALI WEST M.M.C. COURT AND IN THE FIRST HEARING ONLY COURT HAS GIVEN 4 MONTH LONG SPAN OF HEARING DATE EVEN WE WERE PRESENT. CAN I GET SHORT SPAN OF TIME FOR NEXT HEARING ABOUT 1 MONTH OF SPAN.? I AM A RETIRED SENIOR CITIZEN FILED CASE FOR CHEATING OF RS. 6LAKHS. SO 4 MONTHS ARE VERY LONG PERIOD TO WAIT CONSIDERING MY HEALTH HAVING H.B.P., DIABATIC, CAN’T SEAT LONGER AND CAN’T WALK FOR LONG AT AGE OF 70. GUIDE ME FOR SHORT SPAN OF HEARING TIME etc.

    You are advised to file an application of early hearing if the dates provided are longer citing your health condition. if the Court does not allow, move a direction petition in the high Court of your district seeking direction for completion of trial in a time bound manner.
