Question

Hi I am was into settle agreement for my PL total 3 emi , i had paid all emi on time as per settlement agreement .Legal notice also had send to me then collection team called me and then we settle my PL account . Point is before 3emi due date ,Police office come to house with arrest warrant .I said i am already into settlement agreement how much this could happen Not please answer my question is correct action taken by bank against me when i am into settlement agreement

    First of all arrest cannot follow unless there is an FIR. If the settlement was going on, the bank was required to inform the police regarding the same seeking withdrawal of the complaint or settlement of the complaint filed by them. if that has not been done, then the same action is violative of law.
