If the marriage is not yet registered, you can simply withdraw the same and not appear before the marriage registrar. as regards filling of a case, usually cases are filed either to extract money from you or to force you to get married. If the boy and the girl were having consensual relationship even then the girl can claim that she has been raped on the pretext of marriage. there could be any situation if the manipulations are being made for filling a case. therefore, it is advisable to do it mutually and without any tiff else now a days the trend of false implication of rape has arisen to a large extent.
